| In any economic environment, time and knowledge is
critical to an Owner's success. Our services offer streamlined expertise
from the conceptual stages of a project through occupancy and beyond. Build
to Suite and Lease Back opportunities are also available for specific Owner
preferences. Stressing open Owner communication throughout all phases of any size project, we initially offer full service design which includes project estimating, scheduling, site and building detailing, and permitting. Our vast array of experienced construction personnel and modern equipment transitions any project from the design phase to the actual construction. Since 1948 our construction background has created unique skills for many different types of structures associated with the commercial, industrial, institutional and municipal building industries. These types of facilities may be conventional steel, concrete, masonry or timber, as well as pre-engineered steel, but all have benefited from our time-honored construction and scheduling methods. Additionally, our steel fabrication shop produces connections and members for main frame structures to miscellaneous steel for such items as racks, canopies, mezzanines, stairs, etc. to assist the owner to a more complete and truly Turn-Key Construction Project. Upon receiving occupancy, our services need not stop there. Our proven reputation has Owners making their next and only call to O'Harrow Construction Co. for future modifications, emergency repairs and even developing an owner's future expansion plans.
