O’Harrow Construction Co. and a local architect teamed up to deliver this upscale office building in downtown Jackson, Michigan. The building is framed with a conventional structural steel system fabricated and erected by O’Harrow’s affiliate, Swansteel. The exterior skin is masonry and glass and the roof consists of an insulated built-up system. The interior features metal stud and drywall partition walls, acoustical ceilings and carpeted floors. Mechanical, plumbing and electrical were included in O’Harrow’s scope of work.
